What this changes for the team.

See how this part of UnionStack helps your team organize the work and follow through.

Version the course

Publish coded courses and immutable English/French versions, then link the selected version to a staff-managed Event offering.

Review readiness and progression

Evaluate prerequisites and program requirements, review cohorts and record authorized overrides with an explanation.

Retain completion evidence

Reconcile attendance-based outcomes, certificates and member self-only history while preserving unmet requirements.

Pin progress to a published program

Enroll a member in an exact program version, evaluate required course or credential evidence, retain evaluation history and review equivalent or grandfathered exceptions independently. Show missing, expired and unknown requirements separately.

Connected workflow

Follow the work through its record.

The exact configuration varies by tenant, but the accountable sequence remains visible.

Put it to the test

A meaningful demonstration starts here.

A training program needs to explain which requirements applied when the member enrolled and which evidence satisfies them. Attendance at an event, completing a course and holding an officer role are different facts. Preserve each fact under its proper owner.

Questions to answer in the product

  • Can staff explain why a requirement is satisfied by completion, an equivalency or an approved exception?
  • Does a program change preserve the evidence associated with earlier enrollments?

Boundaries

What evaluators should keep in view.

  • Published courses, policies, offering scope and separate management and review responsibilities apply.
  • Public certificate verification requires approved disclosure and separate configuration; attendance alone does not establish every qualification.
  • Meeting training requirements does not appoint a steward or officer, issue a People credential or automatically register the member for an Event.
