What analytics measures
With your acceptance, we measure public page visits, product-tour and trial links, walkthrough interest and successfully sent inquiries by a fixed topic category. We use these signals to improve evaluation resources and the inquiry journey. A click or form start is not a completed inquiry or a qualified lead.
Our custom measurement events use public page paths, language, call-to-action placement and fixed inquiry categories. They exclude names, email addresses, organization names and message contents, and omit query strings and page fragments from the page location supplied by this code. Google’s configured automatic measurement may also record interaction metadata such as a form start. Browser identifiers mean this analytics is not anonymous collection.
Analytics acceptance is separate from permission to respond to a contact inquiry or process a customer’s member, employer or operational records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Google may process public-site analytics outside Canada.

If Analytics is not configured, its script is absent and the Google Analytics cookies listed above are not set. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled by this website’s Analytics integration.
Cookie expiry and Google’s retention of event and user-level data are different. Analytics data retention follows the configured property settings and applicable provider practices. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement by this integration; it does not automatically delete information already processed. Authenticated UnionStack services
The UnionStack application may use essential cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, security, session continuity and saved preferences. Those technologies support a service requested by the user and cannot always be disabled without signing out or ending the related function. A customer may also provide an in-product notice for its configured services.
The configured sign-in cookies include __Host-UnionStack.Auth for the staff application, __Host-UnionStack.Site.Auth for member sites and __Host-UnionStack.Identity for the identity service. Their authentication-ticket defaults are eight hours with renewal during use; browser persistence and reauthentication depend on the sign-in flow.
Where used, __Host-UnionStack.Site.Session supports member-site session state with a 30-minute server-side idle timeout. The identity service also uses __Host-UnionStack.Identity.External for temporary external sign-in state, with a ten-minute ticket default, and __Host-UnionStack.Identity.TempData for temporary messages between requests. Session expiry and cookie expiry are not the same as deletion of account or customer records.
Essential service storage may support tenant selection, staff or member sessions, authorized employer access, request security and saved interface settings. The exact storage depends on the host and enabled service. Customer forms, payroll files, workflow evidence and wallet passes are operational records or provider data flows; they are not authorized by accepting public-site analytics. The relevant customer and provider notices apply to those activities.
Browser controls
The header’s appearance menu saves your light or dark choice in this browser, independently of your analytics choice. Light is the default.
Clearing browser storage also resets the saved appearance to the default light theme.
You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing browser storage removes the saved analytics choice, so the site may ask again on a later visit. See the Privacy Policy for more information or contact legal@unionstack.ca with a question.
