Reporting, automation & integrations

Union reporting that stays connected to the work.

Bring permission-filtered operational work into dashboards and reports, run durable platform maintenance, and extend approved workflows through documented APIs and configured integrations.

Case intelligence

Operational outcomes

What this changes for the team.

See how this part of UnionStack helps your team organize the work and follow through.

Operational attention

Combine permitted personal, team and unassigned work with upcoming activity and recent records.

Reports with definitions

Review case trends and position movement with scoped drill-downs. Authorized Reporting APIs support bounded current-position and remittance-header reports, private versions and CSV exports.

Recoverable integration work

Dispatch provider work through durable, retryable boundaries with explicit configuration.

Membership movement and case trends

Analyze joins, exits, retention, tenure and assignment turnover alongside case intake, closure, backlog, aging and deadlines. Scope and small-group privacy controls apply before drill-down and export; current classifications are not historical facts.

Connected workflow

Follow the work through its record.

The exact configuration varies by tenant, but the accountable sequence remains visible.

01

Start with a question

Define the operational decision and the records that answer it.

02

Respect scope

Apply tenant, module and record-level authorization.

03

Extend deliberately

Use OAuth/OIDC and documented APIs for an accountable data flow.

04

Operate

Monitor enabled jobs and recover failed integration work.

Inside Reporting, automation & integrations

Put it to the test

A meaningful demonstration starts here.

Choose one operational count and write down its date range, scope and unit of counting. Compare it with the maintained source records using the same account. Repeat with a narrower role and explain any difference before using the result in an executive report.

Questions to answer in the product

  • Can an authorized reviewer reproduce a maintained dataset result and explain its scope and exclusions?
  • Are bounded export and API capabilities distinguished from a general BI designer or arbitrary SQL access?

Boundaries

What evaluators should keep in view.

  • UnionStack does not provide a general BI report builder or arbitrary dashboard widgets.
  • Individual providers and background jobs require explicit configuration.
  • Operational reporting provides maintained datasets and bounded CSV output. There is no standalone visual report-builder page, arbitrary SQL or scheduled report delivery.
