Review configuration without destabilizing work

Use evidence, ownership and representative testing to keep configuration current.

Configuration should change deliberately. A recurring review helps distinguish a training problem from a model that no longer reflects the union’s work.

Step 01

Collect evidence

Review support questions, workarounds, unused values, duplicate types, access concerns and reporting gaps.

Step 02

Assess impact

Identify affected records, integrations, reports, permissions and public or member experiences before approving a change.

Step 03

Test and communicate

Verify representative workflows, document the decision and explain the effect to the people who maintain the data.

Next step

Put the guide into practice.

Use controlled sample data in a 30-day trial, or ask UnionStack how the workflow fits your evaluation.

Credit card required. Automatic billing after 30 days.
