Run a useful first UnionStack session

Choose one real workflow and use it to align language, access and configuration.

A first session should answer a practical question, not tour every menu. Use controlled sample data and keep the scope small enough to finish.

Step 01

Name the outcome

Choose a result the pilot group understands, such as finding a member’s current position or progressing a sample grievance.

Step 02

Agree on the people, organization and case types required for that outcome before entering records.

Step 03

Have each participant complete the workflow, record unclear language or access, and resolve those issues before widening the pilot.
