An operational message needs a defined purpose and audience before translation or sending. UnionStack supports governed English/French correspondence in its supported workflows. A website language selector is separate from the recipient-language evidence used by the operational messaging process.
Step 01
Approve the purpose and wording
Prepare the English and French variants for the intended purpose and scope. Use the required independent review before publication. Keep exact versions identifiable so a later edit cannot quietly change wording already approved for delivery.
Step 02
Resolve the recipient language deliberately
Review source-owned language preferences and the supported bilingual fallback when preference evidence is absent. For saved People audiences, inspect the immutable snapshot and exclusions. Dynamic audience support is for email; do not assume the same audience engine sends SMS.
Step 03
Interpret the delivery evidence
Verify the final recipient and source checks before sending. Read accepted, delivered, deferred, failed or bounced results according to the enabled provider path. Use reviewed follow-up for failures; do not claim that provider acceptance means the member read the message.
